COUNTRY STAR KANE brown is experiencing great success at the moment following the release of his latest album, The High Avenue. Not only has the 31-year-old achieved #7 on the US Billboard 200 and #2 on Billboard‘s Top Country Albums with this new project, but he is also in peak physical condition and enjoying a healthier diet than ever before. To celebrate all of this, Brown invited Males’s Health into his home for the latest episode of Fitness centre and Fridge.

Brown kicked off the video by showing MH inside his extraordinary refrigerator (which features a large clear glass door). He mentioned that while a few years back he woudl have stocked it with unhealthy treats like frozen pizza, Pop Tarts, and soda, those items are now long gone (the only type of soda he keeps around these days is Olipop or Poppi, which provide gut health benefits). He also ensures everything is gluten-free. “Everything’s genuinely organic, clean and flavorful,” he states.

One item that the country star always has available in that clear fridge? A delightful snack: cake pops. Think of them as Starbucks’ famous treat but with a healthier twist.”I don’t know what exactly goes into these things, but I really enjoy them.” His wife Katelyn then assisted in bringing some ingredients from off-camera: almond butter, oats, chocolate chips.Sweet indeed but packed with beneficial heart-healthy fats from almond butter.
