The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS),the Department of Education (DoE),and the U.S General Services Administration (GSA) announced on Monday that they will likely conduct this review.

McMahon remarked that Columbia’s evident inability to fulfill its obligations raises serious concerns about its suitability for continued business dealings with the U.S government.
GSA will likely oversee an examination into federal funding received by Columbia including reviews related grants and contracts across various governmental sectors.
“GSA remains dedicated towards maintaining standards concerning federal acquisitions ensuring government contracts align with our nation’s principles including combating anti-Semitic actions,” said Federal Acquisition Service Commissioner Josh Gruenbaum who also serves as Task Force Member.”Through this collaboration we aim at eradicating anti-Semitic culture within higher education institutions—making it clear such behavior won’t be tolerated under President Trump’s Executive Order.”

The students from Columbia occupied one building at Barnard College last weekin protest against two individuals expelled after disrupting an Israeli history course targeting Jewish students through distributing offensive flyers.
During these protests they reportedly assaulted security personnel resulting in one being hospitalized while causing over $30k worth damages incurred by college property.
