The round was led by vertex Growth Singapore and Trident Companions, with contributions from existing investors Xeed VC, Arkam Ventures, Prosus Ventures, and Premji Invest. This capital will support its goal to transform contract lifecycle management.
Wire Acquires $2.3M to Unlock AI-Driven Sales Insights
Wire, an AI company providing communication insights for businesses, has secured $2.3 million (US$1.5M).The round was spearheaded by Sydney’s Airtree and included angel investors Gill Findlay from Immutable, Sam nickless, CEO of Gilbert + tobin, and Hemal Shah from Atlassian as product VP. The investment will enhance product growth, improve business integrations, and refine AI-based insights and routing functionalities.
PropHero Achieves $25M Series A Led by Bailador for Proptech Expansion
Bailador Technology Investments listed on ASX has led a $25 million Series A funding round for PropHero, a direct real estate investment startup. Bailador contributed $12.5 million with support from AfterWork, Jelix Ventures, Samaipata, Fifth Wall, and Opera Tech Ventures.This proptech firm based in Sydney and Madrid previously raised $8 million in a Seed round during 2022 as it aims to expand its offerings in property investment options.
NinjaOne Secures $500M at a Valuation of $5B to Innovate Endpoint Management
NinjaOne is an automated endpoint management platform that has raised $500 million through Series C extensions while achieving a valuation of $5 billion. ICONIQ Growth along with Alphabet’s CapitalG led this funding effort alongside prominent private investors. These funds will drive research & development into autonomous endpoint solutions including patching processes and vulnerability resolutions aimed at enhancing employee system experiences.
