Larry Page, co-founder of Google, is establishing a new venture named Dynatomics that is intrigued by the submission of AI in product manufacturing, as reported by The Information.
It has been reported that page is collaborating with a select team of engineers on AI capable of generating “highly optimized” designs for products and afterward having them produced in factories, according to The information. Chris Anderson, formerly the CTO at Kittyhawk—a startup backed by Page focused on electric aircraft—is leading this discreet initiative, as per The Information.
Page isn’t the only entrepreneur investigating how AI can enhance manufacturing methods (though he might be one of the wealthiest).
Orbital materials is developing an AI platform designed to explore materials ranging from batteries to carbon capture cells.Meanwhile, PhysicsX offers tools for running simulations aimed at engineers involved in sectors like automotive design, aerospace engineering, and materials science. Additionally,Instrumental utilizes vision-based AI technology to identify anomalies within factories.
